Las Vegas hit another severe flash flood just two weeks after flooding engulfed hotels and casinos.
Massive flooding hit the entire city strip Thursday night as videos shared on social media showed casinos turning into rain gutters.
The National Weather Service in Las Vegas issued a flash flood warning, flooding some of the city's most iconic buildings.
Video footage shows Caesars Palace struggling to cope with heavy downpours. I could see the flood pouring down on the guests dining in the hotel's indoor restaurant.
Planet Hollywood also suffered significant flood damage from flash floods. Video footage shows the building filling with water, flooding the carpets.
No," Richard Henderson, from Vancouver, Canada, told The Post. "It was raining so hard that I could barely see the flamingos across the street." Due to the power outage, the city suffered a massive blackout.
Caesars Henderson, who witnessed the flooding of the Palace, said that a sportsbook employee had "made a makeshift barrier with the chair of his machine in the wet slot" of the interior. He said the area was cordoned off.
"I glanced at the ceiling and was shocked to see water pouring out of every sprinkler his head and elsewhere," he told The Post.
``One of my friends was very nervous about the amount of water. I was worried."
"The lightning was so strong. I've never seen anything like it in Vegas," he added.
Local resident Sean Sable said it was the rainiest she had seen in her six years living in Las Vegas.
Sable told Planet that she saw water "flowing" during a stop in Hollywood, she said.
But the rain continues.
"We are expecting more rain over the weekend." Chris Outler, chief forecaster for the National Weather Service Las Vegas, told The Post:
"There's a chance every day. Rain is fading across the valley right now, but there's about a 30% chance in Las Vegas most days, especially during the afternoon and evening hours."
The Washington Post reached out to NV Energy and Planet Hollywood for comment, but Caesars Palace declined to comment.

"The lightning was fairly constant and there were a few blackouts," he told The Post. "Electrical surges knocked out fire alarms in several buildings, forcing firefighters into the storm to respond."
