President Biden signed his latest spending boondoggle on Tuesday and Again did not accept questions from the press.
Biden has only attended three solo press conferences this year. The “underground strategy” adopted by the Democrats in 2020 has become an “underground president.” Biden is more a phantom than a commander-in-chief.
