TikTok account gives fake voiceovers of celebrities at the Met Gala

A TikTok account featuring fake voiceovers of celebrities at the Met Gala has left social media users in stitches.

From German singer Kim Petras' arrival in a horsehead dress to Nicki Minaj's vaccine-related reason as to why she would not attending, which leads to a very unexpected feud with Boris Johnson, the glitzy event sure gave us many talking points.

TikTok user @kysthalimit, from the US, has garnered millions of views from giving amusing voiceovers to a whole host of famous faces - including Emily Blunt, Kim Kardashian and Saweetie - as they were seen engaging with photographers and staff giving a helping hand on the carpet.

In one clip which has since gone viral and been viewed a whopping 10.4 million times, she added a voiceover on actress Emily Blunt when she was told to strike a pose for the cameras by an assistant.

When the aide instructs Emily where to stand, Blunt's voiceover replies: 'I hate you' (left) before going on to joke with fans (right)

But when the aide instructs her where to stand, Blunt's voiceover replies: 'I hate you,' which is even more amusing thanks to the perfectly exaggerated lip sync.

A second clip, which has been viewed 1.1 million times, shows rapper Saweetie giving her best pose for the cameras when another guest walks in front of her.

In the voiceover, she says: 'Oh, no no no no,' and can then be seen moving away from her to put herself back in the limelight.

When the guest, donning a vintage dress, swoops in front of her for a second time to the sound of 'The Hills are Alive' from the Sound of Music, the voiceover Saweetie says: 'Er, you in my spotlight baby,' to which the guest replies: 'Oh, sorry Saweetie.'

A third clip shows Kim Kardashian as she commands the headlines courtesy of her unconventional anti-fashion statement

As she's helped up the stairs and assistants adjust her outfit, the voiceover continues: 'Guys, I can't see, I can't see. Okay, okay, thank you, thank you.' She then asks: 'Who is touching my bundle!'

Elsewhere, a third clip shows Kim Kardashian as she commands the headlines courtesy of her unconventional anti-fashion statement - a bizarre Balenciaga couture catsuit and head covering that conjures images of Harry Potter nemesis Dementor.

A very muffled voiceover, trying to imitate the reality star from behind the layers of material, can be heard saying: 'I'm giving you shadow. I'm giving you exclamation point. I'm giving you seven layers of SKIMS.'

Then, as she's helped up the stairs and assistants adjust her outfit, the voiceover continues: 'Guys, I can't see, I can't see. Okay, okay, thank you, thank you.

'Who's holding my hand? Who is touching my bundle! It better not be you Kris.'

'I'm going to pop a blood vessel I'm laughing so hard,' wrote one,' while a second added: 'You are the funniest account ever please don't ever stop.'

A third added: 'LMFAO no I love you.'
