Surrey Police ridicule burglary suspect after catching him in bright yellow onesie

Surrey Police has ridiculed a burglary suspect after catching him in a bright yellow onesie and saying they have 'eliminated Pudsey and Big Bird' from their enquiries.

Officers were called to a report of a burglary on Station Road in Ashford at about 3.40am today.

Upon arrival, officers found the two suspects along with the stolen goods nearby.

Surrey Police's Roads Policing Unit wrote on Twitter: 'Wearing a yellow onesie makes it quite easy for us to spot you as you make off from a burglary.
