The mum says it is important to spray them with pre-wash stain remover.
Once she has sprayed the stain remover on she rubs bicarb soda into the shoes with a scourer, focusing on the heavily stained areas.
She then lets the shoes dry for an hour before wrapping them in a bath towel and throwing them in the wash.
'Put on a normal wash cycle,' she said, demonstrating in her video.
She added laundry detergent to the wash as usual.
The shoes were then left to air dry.

'I just filled my laundry sink with cold water, popped in six Polident whitening tablets and let them soak overnight,' she wrote alongside the pictures.
She also revealed the 'before' photo was taken after she had tried to clean her shoes another way, getting the 'awful yellow stain' as a result.

And it turns out the denture cleaner has other uses too, with one woman claiming it is great for getting grout clean.
'I just dissolve two tablets in a spray bottle and spray onto the grout. I let it sit for five minutes, give it a light scrub and it looks amazing,' she said.

Others use a generic brand for pleasing results.
'I use the Aldi denture tablets for any stains or smells in my Tupperware and it works a treat,' said one woman.
But some people were not convinced.
'Please don't let the denture hacks make the rounds again, so many epic fails last time,' one woman wrote on the popular thread.
