A man has appeared in court charged with murder after a mother-of-two went missing in Kent.
Alexandra Morgan, 34, was last seen at around 7.20am on November 14 when she put fuel in her Mini Cooper at a petrol station near her home in Sissinghurst, Kent.
She was later reported missing by her family and police launched a major search for the mother-of-two.
Officers described her disappearance as completely out of character and said she had had no contact with her two children or wider family since she vanished.
Kent Police launched a murder investigation in the days after Miss Morgan's disappearance.

Last Thursday, 10 days after she disappeared - Mark Brown, 40, of St Leonards on Sea, East Sussex, was arrested by police.
He was questioned by detectives over the weekend in connection with her disappearance
Mr Brown was subsequently charged and today he appeared at Lewes Crown Court Court.
The court heard he was charged with the murder of Miss Morgan on November 14.

Wearing grey jogging bottoms and a grey t-shirt, Mr Brown spoke only to confirm his name and did not enter a plea.
The search to find Miss Morgan's body is continuing with searches going on in several areas, including Sevenoaks Weald in Kent as well as Hastings and St Leonards.
Ms Morgan was last seen wearing a green quilted knee-length coat, a black top and ripped blue jeans, knee-high black boots and a silver necklace.
She is described as being around 5ft 6in, slim, with brown shoulder-length hair.

A photo of her white Mini Cooper with a black roof with the registration number MF55 YHM was issued by officers as part of the hunt to find her, with CCTV of her inside the petrol station also published.
A 53-year-old man from Hastings arrested in connection with the case on Friday has been released without charge.
Mr Brown is due to go on trial for murder on May 9.
