Irs Jones who married Egyptian toyboy, 36, reveals she will move to Egypt

A British grandmother that shocked This Morning viewers when she shared graphic detail of her sexual antics with her Egyptian boyfriend 46 year her junior, has revealed compared being kept apart from him to 'death'.

Iris Jones, 82, from Weston-super-Mare, has vowed to move to Egypt to be with her husband of one year, Mohamed Ahmed Ibriham, 36, if his visa application is denied.

Iris, who met Mohamed on Facebook in 2019 before flying to Egypt to be with him before marrying each other in November 2020, described her 'unbelievable' heartache as the pandemic keeps the couple apart while they wait for the home  office to decide whether he will be allowed to move to Britain.

The couple's relationship hit the spotlight last year when Iris went on ITV's This Morning to discuss the huge age gap and ended up revealing details of their sex life.

Speaking to The Sun about how much she misses her husband, Iris said: 'The heartache is unbelievable. All we are talking about now is what will happen when we meet.

'If he didn’t get a visa it would feel like the end of the world. It’s like he’s dead but he’s not dead — just missing.'

She added: 'I haven't got age on my side. I could drop dead tomorrow. Every day is precious. It's bloody awful being apart.'

The Home Office told This Morning they should have a decision on Mohammed's visa by November 4th.

The couple's relationship hit the spotlight last year when Iris went on ITV's This Morning to discuss the huge age gap and ended up revealing details of their sex life.

Iris made hosts Holly Willoughby and Phillip Schofield blush after admitting that their first night of passion, which included an 'entire tube of KY jelly', left Iris 'saddle sore'.

Appearing on the show last month, she told Holly and Phil: 'My skin is very thin. It's like tissue. Mohamed has to be careful when he gets hold on me, because he rips my skin.

'The skin on my legs is very very thin. When it comes to making love it can be painful. I can end up at the A&E with skin rips.

'But we've solved that problem as we do it doggy-fashion. Love hurts.'.

Giggling with Holly host Phillip added: 'Love finds a way'.

Iris first struck up a conversation with Cairo native Mohamed in summer 2019 on a Facebook group exploring atheism.

He initially declared love for her through social media and then said his feelings were confirmed when he saw Iris for the first time at Cairo airport that November.

Speaking to MailOnline earlier this year, he recalled: 'I was very nervous but the moment I laid eyes on her I knew that it was true love. I'm a very lucky man to have found a woman like this.'

Mohamed worked as welding inspector but gave up his job to spend time with Iris when she came to Cairo.

He lives in a three-room house with his parents plus two sisters and a brother who are all younger than him, but vehemently denied he was with Iris for her money or a passport to Britain.

As their one year anniversary approaches, Iris - who hasn't seen Mohamed since December 2020- added that she 'trusts him with her life', and that she is prepared to move to Egypt if his application is denied, adding: 'Nothing will keep me and Mohamed apart.'

Iris, a former cleaner, lives in a £220,000 bungalow and gets by on a £200-a-week pension and disability benefit.

Mohamed said: 'I don't care where we live or how rich or poor she is, I just want to be with Iris. At the end of the day, which country she wants to make her home is her choice; it can be either Britain or Egypt.

'People think I am with her for all the wrong reasons. I know Britain is a beautiful country and a lot of people want to go there but I'm not bothered. I'm prepared to live with her anywhere in the world.'

Mohamed revealed that during her visit to Egypt he took Iris home for dinner, where she spent time with his mother.

'My mother really liked Iris and they got on well even though there was a language problem. But my mother said to me that if I'm happy, then she's happy. That's all any mother wants; for her son to be with a woman he really loves.'
