How student, 18, cleared up her acne-prone skin after years of visiting doctors

A student has revealed how she cleared up her acne after five years of visiting doctors, naturopaths and skin specialists - and it only took a matter of weeks.

Tahlia, 18, from Cairns, told FEMAIL she has had 'horrible skin' since she was just 13, and was at her wits' end over what to do about it when she discovered the Australian nutritionist Jessica Sepel's Skin and Digestion tablets online.

'Over the five years I've struggled, I have spent hundreds of dollars visiting naturopaths, doctors, skin specialists and heaps of other people trying to heal my acne naturally,' Tahlia told Daily Mail Australia.

'But nothing was working. After I bought the JS Health tablets, I saw results around two weeks after taking them daily.

'My before and after picture show the first time my skin has been completely clear in years!'

The Skin and Digestion tablets ($44.99) boast a host of skin-loving ingredients including vitamins B2 and C to support the skin and connective tissue health, zinc to reduce the symptoms of acne and burdock to relieve minor skin eruptions and symptoms of mild eczema and dermatitis.

The tablets also contain turmeric, which is traditionally used in western herbal medicine to relieve digestive discomfort and promote bile secretion, as well as aloe vera to calm and soothe.

'I'm so over the moon happy with the results of the JS Health tablets and recommend them to all my friends and family,' Tahlia said.

'I've always been very conscious of what I put into my body, so these work well.'

Alongside the daily tablets, the 18-year-old said she has cleaned up her diet as much as possible, enjoying eggs on toast for breakfast, a salad and rice for lunch, and some sort of meat and vegetables for dinner.

'These pictures are not filtered and there is no makeup on my skin,' Tahlia said.

'My skin feels amazing! I can go out of the house without feeling insecure in my own skin,' one woman wrote.

Another added: 'These are worth the money.

'I bought these tablets to try to fix my dermatitis and hormonal breakouts.

'Combining this with a more simplified skin care routine I do feel that my skin has improved. It's definitely not blemish free but it looks more glowy and even.'
