Host Rochelle Humes said: 'Gyles, you're the only person in a heatwave wearing one of your classic jumpers.'

'This is one of my Christmas jumpers', told Gyles. 'The reason i'm wearing this is because I read that the absorption of heat is partly psychological, it's partly in your head.

'If you think cool thoughts, you become cool. So I'm thinking winter weather and wearing all my Christmas jumpers and feeling cool I must say.'
