He told Femail: ‘I can tell you one thing. It (marriage) is definitely not off the table. Our plans are eventually to live together with each other. Not in Norway, but in the US.

He revealed that they have been keeping in contact by telephone and video calls at least three times a day that last up to two hours. They are pictured hosting a webinar together in 2019

‘And let me tell you, no matter what people say about us, it is our life. Märtha and I are going to live the way we decide to live.’

He revealed that they have been keeping in contact by telephone and video calls at least three times a day that last up to two hours, with both breaking down because of their imposed separation.

Durek added that he calls Princess Märtha first thing when he wakes up in the morning.

‘There’s a lot of crying and sadness that we can’t see each other, but we also know what’s happening in the world and we are willing to be patient.

But we have each other and at least we have technology, so that we can see each other and talk all the time,’ he said.

Durek defiantly hit back at criticism of his relationship with Princess Märtha, which increased last month after she visited him in LA for two days before Norway imposed its lock down.

She was accompanied by her children, Maud Angelica, 16, Leah Isadora, 14, and Emma Tallulah, 10.

Describing the trip as a ‘celebration of their love’ he fumed: ‘I know everyone has an opinion, but they don’t know us. We are in love with each other and we celebrate that. Is that really a crime? We need to focus more on love that on hate.

‘When someone is in love like we are, it is a great thing. She flew out before the ban was put on Norway. She flew out to see me, the man she loves, so I really do not think this is a bad thing, something people should condemn as much as they do.’

Durek, who has been described as a ‘spiritual guru’ for A listers, provided an insight into his relationship with Princess Märtha, revealing that they enjoyed playing video games and listening to music.

The guru who counts Gwyneth Paltrow (pictured together) as a client, said he calls Princess Märtha first thing when he wakes up in the morning

He said: ‘We play Super Mario Kart day in and day out. She is quite good. She always has this playful side when we laugh and that’s also what made us fall in love with each other.

'It is the constant laughing we have when, for example, we play video games. We are like two kids who just get to travel and experience the world.

‘We listen to country music together. We love horse riding, the kids love horse riding. It’s really all about having fun and spending some good time together. That is the core of my being.’

When asked what he loved most about his royal girlfriend, Durek revealed that it was her ‘diversity,’ which made her his ‘dream woman.’

He said: ‘Even though she is a princess she is very down to earth. She drives a truck, rides horses, we go to the stables together she is like: "Grab that thing, let’s get this shovel".

‘She doesn’t mind getting dirty but at the same time she puts on a beautiful dress in the evening when we go out to dinner.

He revealed that having a good relationship with Princess Märtha’s children has been key to the success of his growing love for their mother. Their father and Princess Märtha’s ex-husband Ari Behn (pictured), 47, committed suicide last December, with the couple divorcing in 2017

'That diversity is awesome. What I also love about her is her generosity and kindness to other people.

'She is my dream woman, I couldn’t imagine life without her anymore. And she is also a great mother to her three kids.’

Durek also counts Nina Dobrev and Selma Blair as clients and started getting into shamanism at the age of five, when he started seeing spirits.

Durek added: ‘One of our requirements before we started dating was that I really needed to get on well with the children.

'I am 100% OK with them and they with me, and it’s working perfectly. They tell me everything they want, whenever they want. I listen, I hold space for them, it’s beautiful.’

Two weeks ago, Durek appeared on This Morning claiming that he predicted 'global blackout' ahead of the coronavirus pandemic and that it will teach the world to 'come out of narcissism and realise what is important'.
