A desperate search is underway for two sisters who vanished from their home in the middle of the night.

Police are calling for help to locate the siblings who went missing from their home in the Little River, Victoria, during the early hours of Monday morning.

Aruba, 12, and Bushra, 14, were last seen at a Calvert Road address about 2am on 26 July.
