WWE release Bray Wyatt in shock axe despite star’s incredible body transformation after getting into shape

SHOCK DEPARTURE

WWE have dropped a huge bombshell by announcing that former world champion Bray Wyatt has been released from his contract.

The 34-year-old was recently spotted for the first time in months as he posed with a fan for a photo.

And after being absent from TV since April, he looked ready for a ring return as he showed off his stunning new lean and mean physique.

However, when he does eventually climb back into the ring, it will not be for Vince McMahon’s promotion.

WWE shocked their fans yesterday as they confirmed the star was no longer under their employment.

A statement read: “WWE has come to terms on the release of Bray Wyatt.

“We wish him the best in all his future endeavors.”

Wyatt had not appeared on WWE TV since an episode of Monday Night Raw the day after WrestleMania 37 in April.

Following a long-running rivalry with Randy Orton, ‘The Fiend’ lost to the veteran after Alexa Bliss turned on him.Wrestling Observer’s Dave Meltzer has reported that budget cuts were the reason for his release.

He also added that, prior to his release, the wrestler was preparing to return to WWE shows this August.

Wyatt is the son of former wrestler Mike Rotunda, also known as IRS, and is the grandson of Blackjack Mulligan.

He made his in-ring debut in 2009 but enjoyed his biggest successes after transforming his character into ‘The Fiend’ over the last three years.
