A woman took her own life, it can be revealed, just months before her depraved rapist and paedophile attacker faced charges in court.

Dasha Volnoukhin, 22, tragically ended her life after she was raped by Mustafa Kayirici, 28, in Sydney in 2016. She died in May last year while her attacker awaited sentencing.

Earlier this month a Sydney judge lifted reporting restrictions on Ms Volnoukhin's identity, allowing some of the harrowing details of her ordeal to be made public.

The jury was not made aware of her death during the trial at New South Wales District Court earlier this year. Her cause of death cannot be reported because for legal reasons.

On only her second night working for the agency, Volnoukhin met monster Kayirici who raped her at a property in Parramatta, around 14 miles west of Sydney city centre.

Court documents obtained by local media show that Kayirici posed as a client before he arrived at the Fiori Apartments for an appointment with Ms Volnoukhin.

He then threatened her with a large knife, the documents show, before ordering the 22-year-old to strip and carry out sex acts on him.

“The man then yelled at me ‘don’t f***ing scream’ (followed by) ‘take your clothes off’,” Ms Volnoukhin said in her official statement, according to local media.

According to Ms Volnoukhin’s police statement, Kayirici then raped her, during which he asked: “Do you like being raped?”

It is understood he also held a mobile phone in one hand and pressed record on the camera’s video setting.
