Winnings numbers for tonight's £2million Lotto and Thunderball draw

An eye-widening £2million is up for grabs in tonight's Lotto draw.

Up until 7.30pm this evening you can get your hands on a £2 lottery ticket.

For whoever's numbers comes up tonight, a life-changing amount of money will be whizzing its way into their bank accounts.

With £2million more in the bank, the possibilities are endless.

You could buy yourself a a home in affluent North London or a very small island in the South Pacific from privateislandonline.com.

A separate £500,000 is also available in the Thunderball Draws, which requires the jackpot winner to match six numbers.

How to play

Tickets are on sale from most UK newsagents and supermarkets from 8am to 11pm on most days, except when there’s a draw, in which case tickets can be purchased until an hour before.

Each one costs £2. Lotto draws take place on Wednesday and Saturday evenings from approximately 7.45pm.

To play, you simply select five numbers between 1 and 50, plus two Lucky Star numbers from 1-12.

As well as changing lives of the prize winners, the National Lottery funds projects all over the UK.

Every week part of the ticket sales goes towards good causes.

Players have to be 16 and over and physically in the UK or Isle of Man.

If you really can’t choose and you’re finding the pressure too much, you can always select a Lucky Dip and let the machine choose a random selection for you.
