Oliver Lacy was famously known as one of Dahmer's victims.
Originally from Oak Park, Illinois, Lacy was a standout track racer at River Forest High School and has since been described as outspoken, according to USA Today.
The youngest of three sons, Lacy is said to have been a family man and even wore his father's cross after his passing.
Lacy was also the father of a 2-year-old child and was engaged to be married, USA Today notes.

Shortly after his father's death, Lacy moved to Milwaukee from Chicago.
He then met Dahmer in July 1991 and went missing shortly after.
According to The Cinemaholic, Dahmer introduced himself as a professional photographer and quickly charmed the aspiring bodybuilder.
Lacy then went back to Dahmer's home for a photo shoot, but he was quickly drugged and then strangled to death.
The Cinemaholic notes that Dahmer also decapitated and dismembered his body.

Dahmer's killing spree began in 1978 after he took the life of Steven Hicks.
