Euro 2020 is well underway with the group stages settled and teams preparing for the knockout rounds.

It's not the only international tournament taking place this summer however, as the Copa America is also taking place having shifted host nation to Brazil.

Everton are represented at both competitions with players hoping to go all the way and lift a trophy for their nation.

The Blues have two players in the England set-up as Dominic Calvert-Lewin and Jordan Pickford made Gareth Southgate's 26-man squad. Meanwhile

It's expected stars will be allowed some holiday to recover from whenever their involvement in respective competitions end, meaning their could be as much as two weeks added on the dates below.

However, the club's pre-season will begin in just a matter of weeks ahead of the new Premier League campaign set to start on the weekend commencing August 14, meaning fans will be eager to know when their stars will return home.

Everton will make a long-overdue trip to the USA to take part in the Florida Cup - with a match against Colombian side Millonarios preceding a clash with either Arsenal or Inter Milan.

Then, a week before the 2021/22 season is due to get underway, the Blues will make the short trip to face Manchester United at Old Trafford.

Jordan Pickford and Dominic Calvert-Lewin are both involved as they look to end England's 55-year wait to win a major tournament.

Wembley will once again be the venue after it staged all three of the Three Lions group matches.

The Germans are always a formidable foe in the knockout rounds but England were never going to face an easy opponent and will be hoping they can remain involved a little while longer.

France

Everton full-back Lucas Digne was named in the World Champion's squad for Euro 2020.

In both of France's warmup matches, he replaced Theo Hernandez at half-time as they went on to beat Wales and Bulgaria by a 3-0 scoreline.

Group F was dubbed a group of death but the French have managed to secure a place in the next round along with holders Portugal and Germany.

Unfortunately, Digne's involvement may already be over after suffering an injury in the final group game. He may stay with the squad before returning to Merseyside however.

Players at Copa America

Brazil

Everton forward Richarlison is part of the Brazilian squad taking part in Copa America.

The striker bagged his country's fourth goal against Peru in their second game of the group stage as the holders didn't take long to secure a place in the next round.

After the host nation was swapped to Brazil following covid concerns elsewhere on the continent, Richarlison will be expected to go all the way yet again.

Colombia

Yerry Mina is the only Blues representative part of the Colombian squad after the South American side opted to not take James Rodriguez along to the tournament.

The defender was a key part of his country's side during the most recent FIFA World Cup in 2018, before making his move to Goodison Park and are drawn against Richarlison's Brazil in the group stages of this summer's Copa America.

With finals of both competitions taking place on July 11, it means the latest players could return to their clubs - assuming they make the final and take a full two weeks of holiday afterwards, could be July 25.
