The final round of Euro 2020 group games is upon us, with eight teams facing the axe from the competition over the next four days.

England's position in the last 16 is almost assured, with Gareth Southgate's side sat on four points from their opening two games.

A draw against group leaders Czech Republic on Tuesday will secure qualification for the Three Lions, albeit in second place.

Victory will secure England top spot in the group but also set up a last-16 tie against a side from the group of death, containing France, Germany and Portugal.

On paper, even a defeat could see England qualify by virtue of being one of the best performing third-placed teams in the competition.

Yet Friday night's dire draw with Scotland has checked any momentum gained by Southgate's men from their opening win against Croatia.

So what do you feel needs to change against Czech Republic? Should Jadon Sancho and Jack Grealish both be handed their first starts of the tournament, and what do you feel needs to be done about Harry Kane's below-par performances?

And what about Scotland? Steve Clarke's side face World Cup finalists Croatia in their final match knowing anything other than a win will see them eliminated from the competition.

Can you see them pulling off a shock and qualifying for the last 16?
