An urgent search is underway to find two children, a brother and sister, who went missing overnight.

Shakira, 15, and Broghan Redfearn, 10, haven't been seen since they disappeared from their home in east Hull on Saturday.

They were last seen at around 10.30pm that evening, and Humberside Police are now appealing for help to find them.

The force tweeted out a picture of missing Shakira along with a desperate plea shortly before 5am on Sunday morning.

In the tweet, Humberside Police said: "Have you seen 15 yr old Shakira Redfearn and 10 yr old Broghan Redfearn?

"Both last seen leaving their home address in East Hull at 2230 on 080820."
