BEST OF BRITISH
Canelo Alvarez decides tomorrow which unbeaten British world super-middleweight champion to fight – Billy Joe Saunders or Callum Smith.
That's according to promoter Eddie Hearn, who wants the Mexican legend's team to come back with a better deal.
Facing four-weight world champ Alvarez, 29, would be by far the biggest fight so far for either of the Brits.
And Matchroom Boxing chief Hearn expects agreement for the “golden ticket” within 24 hours.
He told Sky Sports News: “I believe there's meetings taking place on Tuesday to ultimately determine who is going to get the fight.
“Billy Joe is coming out and saying: 'Hurry up, tell him he's got until Wednesday'.
“I said 'Billy, it don't work like that. Ultimately this is the golden ticket, this fight.
“Callum Smith is waiting patiently behind closed doors. They both want the fight. They both want a deal that's fair.
“You saw Oscar De La Hoya come out and say: 'These guys turning down these fight'.
“You can't offer a WBA and a 'Ring Magazine' champion half of what another world champion got to face him.
“We're negotiating. I'm very confident that one of those guys will get the Canelo fight and it will be done this week.”
COOL STORY BRO
Piers Morgan’s son Bertie has admitted having friends over to watch the Tyson Fury – Deontay Wilder rematch on Saturday night… and watching the first fight back instead by accident.
He tweeted: “So my brother @Bertie_Morgan11 had friends round for the fight last night after a few drinks… they watched all of Fury vs Wilder 1 and didn't realise”.
Dad Piers then quoted the tweet with the see-no-evil monkey emoji, weighing in on the mocking of his son.

Dereck Chisora has hinted that he will be fighting Olexandr Usyk after all – before joking that the Ukrainian will box him out as he “can't box”.
The Brit was expected to clash with Usyk in the UK on March 28, but the potential bout has been delayed because of an elbow injury suffered by the 6ft 3in 33-year-old.
Chisora's compatriot Anthony Joshua is expected to vacate his WBO belt won back from Andy Ruiz Jr back in December, in favour of defending his IBF crown against Kubrat Pulev this summer instead.
This means that with Usyk being WBO mandatory challenger, that the clash with Chisora could have the belt on the line.
Asked by Blue Blood Sports TV about whether there have been any developments on the Usyk front ahead of the Tyson Fury – Deontay Wilder fight at the weekend, Chisora didn't give much away.
The 36-year-old playfully said: “I don't know nothing yet, I'm just here man just relaxing like you guys man.”
Then quizzed if Usyk is ready for a heavyweight like himself, he said: “I don't know, man, he's a good fighter, he's big, man.”
Chisora then joked: “That'd be a big fight, he gonna box me out, man, I don't know, we'll see anyway.”
Then further probed on his “he gonna box me out,” comment – he replied with his tongue firmly in cheek.
Del Boy said with a big grin: “I don't know, we'll see, I can't box you know that.”
NO JOSHING ABOUT
Anthony Joshua described Tyson Fury and Deontay Wilder as gladiators after their showdown this weekend.
Joshua posted three pictures to his Instagram story following Fury's incredible seventh-round stoppage victory.
The WBA, IBF, WBO and IBO title holder posted a picture of himself and his belts with the caption: “GLADIATORS.”
Fury paid tribute to AJ during the title fight as he showed off his green and white Nigeria gum shield.
Joshua shared a snap of this with his social media followers, alongside the caption: “GLADIATOR.”
And his final pic showed Wilder slumped his corner with an ice pack on the back of his neck.
Again, the 30-year-old added the caption: “GLADIATOR.”
NEVER SIN ANYTHING LIKE IT
20,000 jubilant British boxing fans drank Vegas dry after Fury's incredible win over Wilder.
Hours after the Gypsy King sang American Pie in the ring, the party was still raging… but the beer had ran out in Sin City.
One well-oiled fan said: “First they sold out of Guinness and now they’ve sold out of lager.
“I don’t think they’re used to how much we drink. We’ve drunk the place dry.”
Fan John McMullan, 22, added: “It was loud and noisy. He sang and he danced. He was up and down on the stage.
“We drank the bar dry — it was carnage. I don’t think Las Vegas has seen a party like it before.”
