Tyson Fury’s Love Island star brother Tommy says he will return to boxing within 12 months as he hits Vegas with Molly-Mae Hague

TYSON FURY'S boxer-turned-Love Island star brother Tommy has vowed to return to the ring within 12 months.

The 20-year-old had two professional fights prior to entering the reality TV show - winning bouts with obscure fighters Callum Ide and Jevgenijs Andrejevs.

The younger Fury brother met his girlfriend Molly-Mae Hague on the show - and the pair have jetted off to Las Vegas to support Tyson in his fight with Otto Wallin on Saturday night.

Tommy told the BBC: "It's nice for Molly to see. This is my life, it's in the family.

"Molly has never been to a fight before in her life. It's nice for her to see what I one day want to achieve. Let's both try and achieve this dream together."

When Fury decided to enter Love Island, there was much speculation that he was finished with professional boxing - and that he would instead pursue the opportunities that would come with his newfound celebrity status.

But he has confirmed that this is not the case: "I thought: 'Do you know what, I'm 20, it's two months out of boxing really. Let's just roll the dice.' It has paid off. Now I'm just concentrating on the boxing side of things.

"I am not going to sit here and lie. I can make money very easily (in) other ways - but that is not me.

"I am not ready to give up the gloves and 100% you will see me back in the ring for sure, probably in the next 12 months."

Fury and Molly-Mae came second on Love Island, despite having been the bookies' favourites to win the show for weeks. Unlike winners Amber and Greg, however, the pair are still going strong - and Molly is determined to support Tommy's boxing ambitions.

She told the BBC: "Tommy will definitely get there. He is so driven. I knew nothing about boxing before I met Tommy. As soon as I met him, I made it my mission to learn as much as I can.

"He has had a little break but is more than ready now to get back in the ring. It's important for him to stick to that and I know, without a doubt, he will get (to) where he wants to be."
