THIS is the first picture of a "beautiful" ex-barmaid whose body was discovered near a fire station in Worcester.
Sara Hopkins, 25, was declared dead at the scene in the quiet town of Upton on Severn at around 8am yesterday.
A 44-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of murder after the grisly discovery and is being quizzed by cops in custody.
Tributes have flooded in for Sara, who worked at The Plough Inn pub in the Malvern town.
Best pal Holly Barrett posted a picture of her and Sara at school as she thanked her for "stopping by and bringing so much joy in life".
She said: "Today it's really sunk in that you're not here anymore and I can't get over the fact that you're gone.
"You were my best friend during high school and carried on making me laugh and smile into our twenties. You were always so positive, kind and a great laugh to be around.
"You had my back when not many others did and I'll always be grateful for the time that we spent together."
Floral tributes have also been left at the scene as devastated loved ones pay their respects to the "beautiful girl and amazing friend".
According to Sara's open Facebook page, she was working as a Planning Expeditor for local door supplier Permadoor.
Sara's next of kin have been informed and a police cordon is in place.
Detective Inspector Jim Bayliss said: “Our enquiries are very much in their early stages and at this stage the woman’s death is being treated as suspicious. A man has been arrested and is currently in police custody.
“Extra officers will be in the area, both to carry out enquiries and to offer reassurance.”
