Towie’s Pete Wicks brands Chloe Sims ‘scary’ and fears they’ll never be friends again after huge bust-up

PETE Wicks fears he will never save his friendship with 'scary' former BFF Chloe Sims.

The Towie faves are finally talking to each other nine-months after a huge bust up back in January.

But speaking about the fall-out for the first time, 'Pirate' Pete admitted their friendship isn't back on track yet.

The 31-year-old star said: "To be honest I don't know if we will be able to get back to how we were.

"It will take a long time and a lot of hard work to get anywhere near normal again.

"Chloe has been really hurt by the fallout. I think she holds onto things for a lot longer than I do.

"She still has big issues with certain things so I don't know where that leaves us."

Pete and Chloe had refused to speak to each other all year until producers instigated a meeting on screen earlier this month.

And Pete admitted the thought of coming face-to-face with Towie's Queen Bee terrified him.

He said: "I was nervous about going back to filming. I knew we would have to face each other and let's be honest, no one wants to get on the wrong side of Chloe Sims do they?

"We can both be pretty ruthless when it comes to cutting people off but she can be really scary.

"When I first saw her I didn't know if we were going to have a massive fight."

After an initial awkward meeting the former besties have since enjoyed a night out together. But they still have a long way to go before returning to normal.

Neither of them have so far revealed what the falling out was over.

A candid Pete said: "It was a really bad fall out. I was honestly gutted. I thought Chloe was being ridiculous but to her it was really important.

"We have had a very intense friendship for years and we deal with things very differently.

"I am quite used to being on my own and dealing with things in my own way and Chloe finds that hard to understand.

"I think that's the thing we fall out over the most. We are so close and similar in many ways but very different when it comes to how we deal with our emotions.

"Because we are both stubborn that can cause lots of problems. Chloe and I see things very differently. Our version of events were completely different.

"Rather than talking it through and trying to understand the other we just stopped speaking.

"She told me she never wanted me to see me again so I didn't contact her."I didn't want her to tell me to f**k off again as that would have hurt me even more."

TOWIE continues on Wednesdays and Sundays at 9pm on ITVBe
