Towie’s Fran Parman reveals ‘she’s feeling like her old self’ in sizzling bra snap after 10lbs weight loss

TOWIE star Fran Parman has revealed “she’s feeling like her old self” in a sizzling bra snap after losing 10lbs in weight.

The TV beauty, 29, previously told fans she had put on 3st in three months during lockdown while looking after her 91-year-old granddad.

Wearing an open denim dress showing off her slender pins and plenty of bra, Fran smouldered for the camera.

Writing next to the photo, the reality star wrote: “Starting to feel like my old self again, still a little way to go but I remind myself & so should you, anyone who’s on a weight loss journey, this is a marathon not a sprint.

“These things take time so don’t beat yourself up if you don’t get results straight away, you will get there and don’t give up. You got this 😊❤️”

One wrote: “You look Stunning 👌”

“Stunning! Always have been, always will be 😍❤️ ,” added another.

While a third gushed: “You look amazing it never matters what size you are its the person you are 💕😘”

She posted a video on Instagram, She said: “Hey guys I just want to say a quick thank you to everyone’s messages. Yes, as we’ve all gathered I have gone up to a size 12.

“I genuinely pity them, this is the whole reason why I’m doing this video as well, because I know there are people going through the same sort of journey and it’s hard  especially when people is nasty about it.”

The star continued: “You just think fu*k off, I’m doing something about it and I’m happy with the size I am. What are you gaining from it?

Fran, who has gone from 9st to 12st since lockdown started, is determined to defy her trolls by losing the extra weight - and it won’t be the first time.

After leaving the reality show, in 2017, she piled on the pounds as she dealt with the heartbreak of splitting with co-star James ‘Diags’ Bennewith, her boyfriend of three years.

But in 2018 she dropped 3.5st with intermittent fasting and regular workouts.

But when the Coronavirus hit, in March, she gave up her rented flat in Essex and moved in with 91-year-old grandad Frank, who recently lost his wife of 60 years.

The star said that this was her ‘journey’ and did not see why people were so ‘bothered’ with her weight.
