Russell Watson, Ruthie Henshall and Vernon Kay have been tipped for this year’s I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here!

There are just over two weeks before the stars head to Gwrych Castle in North Wales to start the show and fans have been eager to learn which celebs will be appearing in this year's series.

The Sun reports that singer and dancer Henshall, tenor Watson and Paralympian Hollie Arnold were spotted at a photoshoot for the programme.

Victoria Derbyshire, former Strictly Come Dancing pro AJ Pritchard, presenter Vernon Kay, Coronation Street star Beverley Callard and EastEnders actress Jessica Plummer, who have been previously tipped for the show, were also at the photo opportunity, the paper said.

The stars all arrived in blacked out cars and many tried to conceal who they were with face masks, however their identifies have since been rumbled.

The reported photoshoot comes before the stars head into a two-week isolation period ahead of the upcoming series.

While 10 stars are expected to appear in the show, so far only eight have been identified according to the snaps, the Mirror is reporting.

It is unclear whether any other contestants may enter the show further down the line.

A spokesman for the show said that “any names suggested for I’m A Celebrity are just speculation”.

Celebrities vying to become king or queen of the castle will undertake trials and challenges to win food and treats, just like the regular series.

The castle has said that filming will continue despite lockdown restrictions in Wales.

“The overriding message is that filming can continue in Wales providing related activity cannot be undertaken from home, and there is full compliance with Welsh law,” it said in a message posted on Twitter.
