TEEN Mom Nikkole Paulun admitted she once had suicidal thoughts and revealed "what she would have missed" if she had ended her own life.
Nikkole, 27, shared an emotional message for Suicide Awareness Month on TikTok.
The Teen Mom star wrote that she was "happy to be here."
Among the events or "things" that she "would've missed" out on, the reality star would not have been around to marry her "best friend" - her husband Kyle Ledda.
She had given her kids the father "they never had."
In the clip, Kyle can be seen pushing her six-year-old daughter, Ellie, across on the swing.
The song "Je Te Laisserai Des Mots" by Patrick Wilson played during her throwback snapshots.
The MTV star mentioned she had been "feeling safe again" after her "abuser" had gone "to jail," a reference to her ex Josh Drummonds, who is currently serving time in prison.
JOSH'S TROUBLED PAST
Recently, Nikkole had joked about being in a relationship with her first baby daddy as he served his time behind bars.
The star's troubled ex, and the father of her first son Lyle, will be locked up until 2026 after being charged for meth and armed robbery.
She recently had taken part in The Magic Bomb/Chopping Dance TikTok trend and answered "questions I'm always getting asked."
When asked "what happened to your baby daddy," she answered with "prison" and a grimace on her face to match.
When asked the other question: "Are you guys still together?" the TV personality smirked and answered, "In his dreams".
She captioned the clip: "Any other questions? #teenmom #singlemom #16andpregnant #abusesurvivor."
Nikkole, who is currently recovering from Covid, also slammed her jailed baby daddy and confessed that she "hates him so much."
She shares her son Lyle, 11, with Josh, and shares Ellie with her ex-boyfriend Ryan Rice.
The MTV mom had welcomed her son Bodhi in July with her hubby Kyle.
Recently, the 16 And Pregnant alum had shared a sweet photo showing her breastfeeding Bodhi.
While wearing a black logo tee and with her hair a little messy, Nikkole cuddled the tot with her left arm.
In the caption, the mother of three wrote: "Yesterday was so crazy busy I fell asleep without washing my face.
"Thank goodness it's Friday and we have no plans this weekend."
The reality star mother zoomed in on the infant's face and added: "I think his eyes have settled on being dark blue."
