Leah, who has been a dedicated mom to her three daughters, twins Ali and Aleeah, 11, and Addie, 8, recently opened up about her dating life.
The reality star explained how she waited four months to introduce her most recent fling to her girls, which she claims was a "big mistake."
“In my opinion, I just don’t want to confuse them with that," she explained, adding that although she “deserve[s] to date and find that person,” she feels she needs to be extra careful with the process.
The TV personality also noted that putting her children and their feelings first is her priority, and that her dating life needs to be kept separate.
“Exposing them to my kids’ life is something that I really don’t know that I’m even open to at all," she continued.
"That’s kind of where I’m at. … I don’t like to think about it too much.”
Leah shared that she is currently "content with being on my own and not dealing with any kind of relationship stuff."
"At the end of the day, whatever’s meant to happen, will happen. If you ask me on a date, cool. I might go, I might not. I might stand you up.”

Fans have gushed over the young mom of late as they've praised her serious "glow up" from addiction.
Leah suffered a "botched" spinal tap during her c-section with daughter Addie in 2013 and then became reliant on pain medication.
The doctor prescribed Hydrocodone, Oxycodone, and Tylenol 3 for the severe pain she was experiencing, though those gave way to more serious drugs.
Prior to having surgery she suffered from severe depression and anxiety, so using the pills pushed her “over the edge."
