Don't miss The Chronicle on Tuesday January 26.

As well as your regular news, features and sport, you'll find a free 16-page supplement in the newspaper.

Memory Lane is our exciting new local history website, and the supplement will feature dozens of striking images from the site.

The supplement is the first of six that will appear in the Chronicle each Tuesday over the coming weeks. Collect the six to complete your own 96-page souvenir edition.

Our Memory Lane website uses your postcode to show you a huge range of photographs from over the last 120 years, from anywhere between one and 100 miles away from where you live.

Just by signing up with your email address, you’ll get full access to hundreds of thousands of images pulled together from dozens of different online archives including Britain From Above, Francis Frith, our publisher Reach plc’s own library, Geograph and many others.

Your own historic images can also be added to the archive for others to enjoy. And you'll be able to freshen up your own black and white images by using Memory Lane’s free and easy-to-use tool to give them full colour.
