Swansea City will face Barnsley in the Championship play-off semi-finals.
The Swans signed off their season with a 2-0 defeat against Watford at Vicarage Road while Barnsley drew with champions Norwich City 2-2 at Oakwell.
It means Steve Cooper's side finished in fourth place while Barnsley were fifth after 46 games having drawn with Daniel Farke's side on the final day of the regular season.
Bournemouth finished sixth after losing 2-0 to Stoke City at The Vitality Stadium. It means they will take in Brentford in the semi-finals.
Steve Cooper's men will play the first leg of the semi-finals at the home of the Tykes on Monday, May 17 before hosting Valerien Ismael's side in the second leg at the Liberty Stadium five days later.
