Susannah Constantine didn't let the freezing temperatures stop her from taking a quick dip in December.
The former How to Look Good Naked host embraced the ice-cold water as she stripped down to a swimsuit for a wild day out.
The 58-year-old sizzled in a blue once-piece as she proudly posed up a storm on the seafront after braving the cold.
Sharing the snap on her Instagram Story, the former Strictly Come Dancing star looked happier than ever after her wild spot of swimming.
But despite feeling brave enough to plunge into the water, Susannah revealed that she had to test the temperature before going in.
She then exclaimed "f**k me" after realising it was a mere four degrees outside.
The former I'm A Celeb star could be heard saying: "We’re going into the lake and I’m just going to check the temperature, which is four degrees… f**k me."
The telly star was seen putting on a pair of warm gloves and swimming shoes to protect her extremities from the temperatures.
After gearing up for the plunge, she said: "‘Right, I’m getting in."
She added: "I mean it’s so cold you can see my breath, I don’t know if I’m going to be able to do this today. Four degrees, no more than four minutes."
Her pal who filmed the video was heard adding: "I think four minutes is ambitious."
Her wild outing comes just a month after Susannah admitted she's a recovering alcoholic.
She revealed that she has been in recovery for nearly seven years as she opened up about her battle for the first time publicly.
TV star Susannah has kept her on-going recovery under wraps since 2013.
Lovingly, the mother-of-three paid tribute to her “poor husband” Sten Bertelsen for helping her through her struggle.
She goes to Alcoholics Anonymous meetings and she has opened up about her battle for the first time in an interview with.
She told The Sun : “It’s not something I’ve spoken about before really, but it’s important. I’m in recovery, so I’m an alcoholic.
"I’ve been in recovery for nearly seven years.”
Susannah, who partnered dancer Anton Du Beke on BBC hit show Strictly Come Dancing in 2018, thanked her husband for his support.
She added: “As an addict, I would get all my own defects and find someone else to attach them to.
“And so I thought my husband was passive-aggressive, but actually I was the one. He had to live with it."
The couple have three children, Cece, 16, Esme, 19, and Joe, 21.
