Susannah Constantine, 58, wears skimpy swimsuits as she braves icy waters to go swimming in December

BRRRRR-AVE!

SUSANNAH Constantine proved she's as tough as they come - putting on a swimsuit and diving into the sea.

The 58-year-old former Strictly Come Dancing star plunged into the icy waters while 'wild swimming'.

She shared a shot of herself smiling on the shore on Instagram, telling fans: "Any glow is coming from the inside! Joy 💙."

The TV star, who shot to fame presenting BBC fashion show What Not To Wear with pal Trinny Woodall, didn't stop there.

Her Instagram Story showed her taking the plunge again - this time into a chilly lake in December.

She told followers: "We’re going into the lake and I’m just going to check the temperature, which is four degrees… f**k me!

"I mean it’s so cold you can see my breath, I don’t know if I’m going to be able to do this today. Four degrees, no more than four minutes."

Her pal who filmed the video was heard adding: "I think four minutes is ambitious."

But Susanna made it in and was shown swimming away into the icy waters.

The fashion guru was a huge star in fashion TV thanks to What Not To Wear and its spin-off books. She also appeared on Strictly Come Dancing's 16th series in 2018.

Susannah Constantine says Strictly exit makes her feel like she's been 'dumped by a boyfriend' on Loose Women
