Jamie Laing has showcased his hunky body ahead of this Saturday's Strictly Come Dancing.

The Made In Chelsea star was due to hit the famous dance floor last year but had to pull out after sustaining a foot injury.

One year later, Jamie, 31, couldn’t be any more excited about finally getting the opportunity to show off his dance skills – and hunky body.

The reality TV star, who will partner up with professional dancer Karen Hauer this year, took to Instagram on Friday to share a sneak-peek of himself getting pampered and prepared before his performance on Saturday night.

In the clip, Jamie shuffled his hips from side-to-side while standing in his pants mid spray tan.

The cheeky chap was clearly thoroughly enjoying the pamper session as she flexed his muscles and had a cheeky grin across his face.

“I’m going to say it – I like wearing my girlfriend’s shirts.
