Several areas of Staffordshire are suffering covid outbreaks as infection rates rise across the county.
Since children went back to school little more than two weeks ago, several areas have suffered an increase in cases. We have listed the nine worst covid hotspots in the county - excluding Stoke and its suburbs - further down this article.
The worst outbreak has occurred in Cheadle South and Upper Tean, which has the highest infection rate in the county.

Data for the seven days to Septmeber 12 - the latest available - shows the Government-defined neighbourhood has an infection rate of 806.7 per 100,000 people.
That translates to 24 new positive cases - up 52.2 per cent on the previous seven days. Neighbouring Cheadle Town's infection rate is 478.8.
In the Burton area, the picture is less severe, with no neighbourhoods with rates over Branston's rate of 367.4.
However, in Uttoxeter, there are higher infection rates, with the Heath showing a worrying figure of 777.6 and the Town recording a number of 616, both up more than 20 per cent on the previous week. Parts of the Cannock area are also showing high rates, including Huntington and Cannock South.

1. Cheadle South and Upper Tean - 806.7 (24); up 52.2 per cent (24)
2. Uttoxeter Heath - 777.6 (52); up 20.9 per cent (9)
3. Huntington (near Cannock) - 768.3 (56); up 80.6 per cent (25)
4. Cannock South - 710.2 (61); up 29.8 per cent (14)
5. Great Chell and Packmoor - 651.9 (49); up 32.4 per cent (12)
6. Endon and Brown Edge - 646.8 (42); up 35.5 per cent (11)
7. Belgrave (near Tamworth) - 648.1 (44); up 33 per cent (11)
