Swansea Arena has announced the very first act to appear at the new venue next year.
The facility is part of the the £135m Copr Bay phase one district being developed by Swansea Council, and it has already announced some of the star names due to appear next year, including Rob Brydon, Katherine Ryan, Alice Cooper and The Cult and Diversity.
But it has now revealed who will be the very first act to appear.

Rock duo Royal Blood will be the venue's inaugural artist, when they appear at the Arena on Tuesday, March 8, ahead of their European tour.
The couple - Mike Kerr and Ben Thatcher - have achieved 2 million global sales, and won the Brit Award for Best British Group, two NME Awards and a Kerrang! Award. Their debut album was also nominated for the Mercury Prize.
A spokesman for the arena said: "We are beyond excited to announce that Royal Blood, one of rock’s biggest and most vital bands, will become the very first act to play as part of our launch season on Tue 8 Mar 2022, marking a special event ahead of their biggest European tour to date.
"Royal Blood have completed a phenomenal hat-trick in which all three of their studio albums have immediately topped the UK album charts, and the success of the band's latest album ‘Typhoons’ heralds an exciting new era for the band".

The group's appearance comes a week before comedian John Bishop is due to perform, on March 15.
Also booked is Strictly Come Dancing reigning champion Oti Mabuse , who will be bringing her show 'I Am Here' to the arena on Friday, June 24 2022.
Tickets go on sale next Fri 3 Dec at 10am, but people can sign up for a pre-sale on Wed 1 Dec at 10am, here.
