RHOBH’s Erika Jayne faces cast for first time since divorce from Tom Girardi as co-stars say they ‘didn’t see it coming’

ERIKA Jayne faced her cast-mates for the first time since her sudden divorce from Tom Girardi, leaving them shocked in the show's teaser.

The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star recently faced backlash from franchise alum Danielle Staub who ripped her as "fake" amidst her husband's embezzlement scandal.

Erika, 49, confronted her castmates for the first time since divorcing her husband Tom Girardi for "stealing millions" from victims.

In a new teaser for Wednesday's episode, the housewives gathered together and discussed the end of the reality star's marriage.

After Garcelle Beauvais admitted that she "didn't see it coming", another cast member shared that the divorce "was a surprise", before the newfound divorcée opened the door and left the women in shock.

Erika donned a serious expression as she entered the room, wearing a deep pink silk dress and her platinum blonde hair straight on her shoulders.

Not only has the reality star encountered mass public controversy over her role in her husband Tom Girardi's accusations, but earlier this week she also faced backlash from a fellow Bravo star.

In the new Hulu documentary based on Tom's alleged crime, The Housewife and the Hustler, Real Housewives of New Jersey alum Danielle Staub called Erika "fake."

"Erika Jayne, I have seen on the show, and I also worked with her on Watch What Happens Live one or two times.

"Didn't get the best vibe from her — I know a lot of fake people, and it turns out, she's just one of them."

Danielle also slammed Erika's spending habits, adding: 'The ladies, they have a tendency to flaunt and still do, well beyond their means.

"I liked that even though she can't hold a tune, she sang. She entertained. She's entertaining," she confessed, in speaking of the star's singing career.

The documentary reveals the inner workings of the multimillionaire's legal career and his wife's over-the-top spending habits.

Many fans of the long-running show have accused Erika of knowing what her 82-year-old husband was doing behind the scenes, as he allegedly embezzled from family members of the deceased.

The lawyer pledged to protect the close ones of those who lost their lives in the 2018 Lion Air crash, as he represented them against corporate giants in court.

In November, Erika shocked fans when she filed for divorce from Tom after 21 years married.

The mother of one later claimed that her ex-husband cheated on her multiple times, which he neither confirmed nor denied.

After she filed, Tom was hit with lawsuit after lawsuit for fraud, embezzlement, and contract breach.

Erika's over the top luxury lifestyle was reportedly upheld by the millions of dollars that her ex stole from victims' families.

The Georgia native has denied all involvement with the embezzlement, claiming she had no idea what her ex was up to during their marriage.

A source told Us Weekly: “Erika was completely unaware of the very serious allegations that were being made against Tom in court.

“Tom always handled all of the finances and that was how they handled things. Erika feels betrayed by Tom because she completely trusted him.”
