    93' – FULL TIME

It's all over here at the Bernabeu.

And City have ended up on top in the first leg of their Champions League last 16 tie.

Isco's 60th minute goal deservedly put Real ahead after some fine attacking play.

But City bagged an important equaliser in the 77th minute thanks to a header from Jesus.

Sub Sterling then won City a penalty minutes later, which was converted by De Bruyne.

And Real's night went from bad to worse when captain Ramos was shown a red card for foul play late on.

The City fans are in full voice up in their little corner.

Just when it looked like City were on the brink of conceding a second, they've turned it around to lead 2-1.

And to make matters worse for Real, they'll be without talismanic skipper Ramos when they visit the Etihad in the next leg.

There's three minutes of stoppage time.

But if anyone's going to score again here, you would bet your house it's City.

Penalty scorer and Man City captain De Bruyne has been giving his thoughts.

He said: “It was a very good start for the first game.

“We struggled early but you have go through the storm.

“It was pretty even first half but we started the second very well.

“Their goal came at a bad moment, we were dominating.

“But our response was a beautiful goal and the second was very important.

“It's a really good start for us. It's a big team and a big stadium, we know Real are one of the favourites.

“We came with a goal to have a good performance and that's what we did.

“But we're only half way there, we have an important game at home.”
