Former Rangers star Nacho Novo has slammed a vile troll after cruel messages about Ibrox legend Fernando Ricksen appeared on social media.
The Spaniard took to his Instagram account to demand Celtic Football Club ban the sick troll who wrote he 'couldn't wait for Fernando Ricksen to die'.
The stricken Dutch footballer was diagnosed with the illness in 2013.
Novo wrote: "I’m absolutely disgusted that wee p**** can speak about someone who can’t defend himself.
“I hope the media put this comment in the papers because when a comment was said to Scott Brown about his sister it was front page news so I hope Celtic do the same with that wee b****** and ban him for life.
“We don’t want any favours from anybody but we just want justice."
Shocked football fans were quick to slam the vile message.
Marie Carroll said: "This is sick disgusting and inhumane."
James Paton said: "He should get banned its too far."
Sarah Horr said: "Absolutely disgusting!"
Last week we told how a Rangers fan had made a sickening comment to Celtic skipper Scott Brown about his tragic sister outside Ibrox Stadium.
Brown lost his beloved little sister Fiona to cancer in May 2008.
Rangers vowed to ban the fan for life after the abuse came to light.
