An appeal is underway to find a wanted man from Poulton-le-Fylde as the public are warned not to approach him.

Lancashire Police are appealing for help in tracing Callum Barron, 31, who is wanted for breaching a restraining order.

He has been wanted for more than two weeks, since September 2, say police.

Callum is described as white, around 5ft 10ins tall and of heavy build, with blue eyes and cropped light brown hair.

He is clean shaven and has distinctive tattoos which cover his neck.

Police say he has links to Preesall, Weeton and Hambleton.

Officers are urging anybody who sees him, or knows where he may be to get in touch, but not to approach him.

A spokesperson for Lancashire Police: "Have you seen this man?

"Callum Barron, 31, of Poulton-le-Fylde, has been wanted since September 2nd for breaching a restraining order. He is described as white, around 5ft 10ins tall and of heavy build, with blue eyes and cropped light brown hair.

"He is clean shaven and has distinctive tattoos which cover his neck.He has links to Preesall, Weeton and Hambleton. We are urging anybody who sees him, or knows where he may be, not to approach him but to get in touch with us as soon as possible.

"Anyone with information should call 101, quoting log number 244 of September 8th. In an emergency dial 999."
