PRISONERS at a jail for sex offenders are allowed to spend their days playing games on Xboxes.
High-security HMP Isle of Wight, with more than 1,000 inmates, grants the perk for good behaviour.
The Xboxes are used at both its sections, HMPs Albany and Parkhurst.
Current criminals include Darryl Rowe who was jailed for life for infecting men with HIV.
Past prisoners include pop paedophile Gary Glitter plus the Yorkshire Ripper Peter Sutcliffe and the Kray Twins.
A source said: “Some people can’t afford an Xbox right now, yet these paedos and rapists can sit playing games all day.
