The young royal celebrated her seventh birthday on May 2nd. The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge thanked royal fans for their kind messages. A royal aide responded to a Service-to-Other who sent a card to Charlotte with a card featuring Princess Charlotte on the front.

A photo of the card was shared on Instagram by one of the lucky recipients, a German Instagram user.
In another photo taken the same day, Orla, Cambridge's new Cocker Spaniel puppy, is held by Princess in a field.
Orla hails from a litter raised by Kate's brother, James Middleton, and was gifted to the Duke and Duchess after the death of her previous dog, Lupo.
Princess is currently spending her summer vacation preparing for the new term at her new school.
