Pregnant Lauren Goodger has revealed that she is meditating and saving her energy for labour.
The former The Only Way Is Essex star, 34, first announced her pregnancy with partner Charles Drury in January.
Lauren has since been documenting her pregnancy journey on social media as she deals with this major life change.
Now Lauren has posted on her Instagram Stories to give an update on how she is preparing for giving birth.
She penned over a selfie: “Have go meditate every day now and do my homework otherwise I can’t have what’s been planned !!!
“Time to start staying no to things”.
However, Lauren revealed that she had missed her hypnobirthing sessions in recent weeks.
She went on: “And I’m being told off by @THE MODERN MIDWIFE @LOVEUYOGA need to do my hypnobirthing literally missed and lost so many weeks and I need to be saving my energy now for my birth…”
The reality TV star went on to state that she will be taking some time out
Lauren added: “Def will be taking a longgggg break very soon !! imperative”.
The mum-to-be, who is expecting her baby’s arrival in July, revealed earlier this month that she had started hypnotherapy and meditation to ease her anxiety.
Writing in her column for OK! magazine , she revealed: "I started hypnotherapy and meditation this week with my doula, which is someone you have there to support you through your birth.
“Having a doula is very spiritual and I'm open to anything.
"Anything that's going to get me through this birth I'm just going to give a go.
“We didn't actually start the yoga this week, but it was all about closing your eyes and practicing breathing techniques.”
Lauren has also recently revealed that she hopes there will be even more children in her future.
Speaking on The Hot Mess Mums Club : “I’m 34 and I’m having my first, so you know, but depending on life and situations and whatever happens, I would like to have probably 3 kids.
"So by the time this ones here I will just be turning 35, so I could be 40 when I have my last.
“But yeah it’s a completely different generation... Now we do more things, we wanna have adventure and we wanna work, so women do have kids later."
Lauren first rose to fame as an original cast member of The Only Way Is Essex in 2010 with much focus of the show on her on-off romance with Mark Wright.
After the end of her relationship with Mark and six series with the structured reality series, Lauren departed the show in 2012.
She later returned for a guest appearance and also rejoined the main cast for the show's nineteenth series in 2016.
