A mystery man is being sought by police after he snatched a suitcase out of the hands of a woman who found it lying in a field.

The locked silver bag was found at 5.30pm on Saturday off of Querns Road in Canterbury, Kent, by the passer-by who tried examining it.

But before she could ascertain what or what it was or where the bag has come from a man suddenly appeared and snatched the bag out of her hands.

He then fled, whisking the case away with him.

The woman was so concerned about the incident that she called the police and told them what had happened.
