The Good Morning Britain presenter proved he is living the good life as he kicked his feet up in the swanky first class lounge of a British Airways flight on his was to Los Angeles.
He is flying out to Hollywood to present the talk show's Oscars special alongside Susanna.
Taking to Instagram on Wednesday, Piers shared his lavish journey with fans, teasing how close he was to the front of the plane. He wrote: "Any nearer the front, I'd be flying it. Take me to Hollywood, @british_airways - the Oscars await!"
Piers, 54, revealed he was flying out on Wednesday during an interview with Susanna on Loose Women on Tuesday.
Meanwhile, Susanna was "sitting further down the plane" than Piers, who made the joke on the chat show.
He admitted he wouldn't be sitting with his co-host as Ruth Langsford asked the pair when they'd be jetting off to the awards ceremony.
Susanna, 49, was shocked when Piers said "tomorrow", and she replied: "Oh right. Well, I've got a few more days at work."
While Piers mocked: "Susanna goes a bit more down the plane than me..."
The controversial presenter praised his flight's cabin crew on Twitter after they recovered his phone when he left it on the plane.
Calling himself a "moron", Piers wrote: "Outstanding service on @British_Airways flight 269 from LON-LAX. Thanks to the cabin crew, especially Joe & Benjamin. And to Nicole & the brilliant Special Services team for rescuing my bag when I moronically left it on the plane... much appreciated!"
The pair will present from Hollywood on Monday morning for an Oscars special.
Excited Piers wrote on Instagram: "Brace yourself Hollywood - I’m on my way... Don’t miss Monday’s 3-hour @gmb Oscars special live from the Beverly Hills Hotel. We’ve got brilliant guests, and it should be a lot of fun. #LA."
