In some terrible breaking news, I can reveal that Orlando Bloom will never do full-frontal film scenes – despite that infamous nude paddle-board incident.
The actor has ruled out having his private parts on camera, even though fans can see them online.
Orlando, 42, reckons that his intimate naked paddle-board session with fiancée Katy Perry, 34, was just “human nature”.
Can’t say I’ve ever got all my bits out on a public beach. nevertheless, he insists: “I hadn’t or haven’t done full frontal and it is not something where I would even be happy or would have gone, ‘Yeah, I am up for that’.”
He added that the photos of him without a stitch on behind Katy during a Sardinian holiday were shot without his knowledge.
Katy dared the Lord Of The Rings actor strip, believing that they were completely alone.
He says: “It was human nature. It was a joke. I had no idea they were there... are you kidding me? Oh man!”
Orlando first thought the release of the snaps were a joke, but soon realised that it was an issue.
“I was like, ‘Wait? What?’. The publicist called and said, ‘That is not the worst of it’. First of all there were pictures with a block over it. And so you make some jokes like, ‘have they got a black box big enough to cover it?’
“You can make all the jokes you like and then you suddenly realise somebody is going to uncover the black box because they are going to be paid enough money.
“It is a triple-whammy – photos, black box and no black box.”
Laughing with DJ Howard Stern, he later joked: “It is really not that big.”
