Noel Gallagher knocks £3.5million off asking price for London mansion after trying to sell it for four years

SOME MIGHT STAY

NOEL Gallagher’s house is still on the market — after four years.

The former Oasis star, 53, has let the value of the Grade II-listed property slide away.

The six-bed house is now on sale for £7.95million — down from the original asking price of £11.5m.

But the Some Might Say star still cannot find a buyer for the Maida Vale, West London, pad.

A source said: “It’s considered to be one of the nicest properties in the area.

"It’s absolutely stunning. It’s a great location. It’s got everything you’d want.

“It’s a surprise he hasn’t found a buyer.

"Whoever buys it will have a lot of celebs nearby and very wealthy neighbours.”

Gallagher previously said he was leaving the capital after stabbings nearby.

It went on the market in May 2016 but the price has been lowering since 2018.

Noel, married to Sara MacDonald, bought an £8million mansion in Petersfield, Hants, in May last year.

But he has been seen at the London house in recent months.

Gallagher said previously: “If there are any wealthy Russians reading this story give me a call please, because I have a house I’m trying to sell.

“I’ve got one on the market and it’s proving very difficult to shift.”
