A mum-of-two, whose diets consisted of only eating porridge and taking weight-loss pills, has revealed how she finally shed the pounds in a healthy way.
Fatima from Southport was struggling to find a long-term solution for weight loss after trying many diets.
Her family's food revolved around the deep fat fryer, in fact, she couldn't remember the last time they ate a vegetable.
She told Ranvir Singh on Eat, Save, Shop: "Every diet out there, I've done it, the yo-yo effect has been going on for years.

"I've done shakes, sachets in water, the porridge diet where you just eat porridge all day.
"I spend £160 every six to seven weeks on diet tablets."
Ranvir brought in her team of experts including a nutrition expert and personal trainer.
It was then revealed the pills Fatima had been taking contained a cocktail of really strong pharmaceutical drugs.
As for exercise, Fatima revealed that, despite paying for a gym membership every month, she rarely worked out.
The team left Fatima and her family with a collection of recipes and an eight-week exercise regime.
But three weeks into the challenge, things got a lot harder.
Fatima said: "We are in lockdown and the situation is difficult.
"We are trying to do as much as we can with out kids, but it's not easy."
Fatima also started a new job as a key worker in a hospital.
But despite the changes, Fatima was still striving to improve her lifestyle.

And eight weeks on, Fatima revealed she had lost a stone by eating healthy foods and partaking in regular exercise.
She told Ranvir: "I feel much more healthier, I feel good with myself.
"The scales are saying I have lost around a stone in eight weeks, just by stopping with the fried food and having a healthy lifestyle."
Asked whether she'd stopped using the diet pills, Fatima confirmed she was no longer taking them.
She said: "I wouldn't advise it to anyone, I've been there and spent many years. I'm trying to lose more weight, but in the right way."
