The data for the most and the least expensive properties sold across Greater Manchester during lockdown has been released.
While usually the most expensive homes sold in the region fall in south Manchester, particularly Trafford, between the period of March 23 and June, this wasn't quite the case with a mixture of boroughs making the top 10.
Five properties tipped over the million-pound mark, with the most pricey at just short of £1.5m.
At the other end of the scale, the cheapest house sold for a mere £30,000 - nearly fifty times less than the most expensive.
Across the UK, 44,920 home sales were registered during the lockdown period.
From March 23 until the end of the month, 16,299 were registered; 18,964 in April; 8,887 in May; and just 770 in June.
In June last year 21,700 sales had been registered by this point.
The drop is likely to be a combination of the impact of the coronavirus outbreak on both house sales and on the registration of sales.
The government issued guidance on March 26 advising people to delay house moves if at all possible during the lockdown period, meaning that some sales that were due to complete in March will not have gone ahead.
As well as this, lockdown rules prevented in-person house viewings.
But from May 13, estate agents in England could conduct viewings, leading to a mini boom in property prices.
The figures below are from the Land Registry - some may have been a buy-to-let, a transfer to a company, or a repossession.
