Miley Cyrus reflected on her relationship with Liam Hemsworth as she shared a clip she filmed in the home they lost in the wildfires.
The Prisoner singer and the Hunger Games actor rekindled their relationship in 2015 before divorcing in 2019.
They lost their home due to the wildfires in California and Miley shared a memory of her writing the song Malibu about it.
"Today is the 4 year anniversary of Malibu," she captioned the clip she shared to Instagram.
"A song about a place and person that at the time I loved very much. That love was reciprocated beyond what I could describe here with freedom & escapism.
"I lost that home along with many others in 2018. Here is a video of me writing it in my home studio."
The devastating wildfires swept through the southern part of the Golden State in 2018.
The home that Liam purchased for $6.8 million (£4.8m) was burned to the ground, and at the time, he shared pictures of what was left.
"I spent the day in Malibu yesterday and it was amazing to see the community pulling together to help each other out in any way they can. Malibu is a strong community and this event is only going to make it stronger," he wrote at the time.

Miley and Liam met when they filmed Nicholas Sparks' romantic film, The Last Song, in 2009.
They were on-and-off for several years before he proposed in 2012. However, the two broke off their engagement before reuniting in 2015.
The Midnight Sky singer and Liam finally tied the knot during a sweet ceremony at their Tennessee home.
After less than a year of marriage, the two split in August 2019.
