The force is currently hiring police constables on a full-time, permanent basis, with successful candidates getting full training and career progression opportunities.
The salaries start at £24,177 - but they can go up to an impressive £40,128 a year.
Constables starting out with Merseyside Police will also be able to get a qualification while working for the force, gaining a degree or graduate diploma through the Police Education Qualifications Framework (PEQF).
In order to apply, applicants must be 18 or over and undergo an assessment to make sure they are physically and mentally able to carry out the duties expected of them.
There are certain entry requirements that applicants need to be aware of - including not being a member of an extreme political organisation like the BNP, National Front or Combat 18.
You also can't apply if you've had a police office application turned down by another force in the last six months.
Applicants can't have existing county court judgments outstanding against them or have been registered bankrupt in the last three years.
Successful applicants will be invited to an assessment centre to take part in a series of exercises testing their verbal, written and numeracy skills, as well as a structured interview.
