Martin Lewis has explained how people can get  big discounts on goods at Amazon by heading to a little-known section of the site.

"This is about Amazon Warehouse," he told viewers of ITV's Martin Lewis Money Show.

"This is where all its returned items go."

It lists products people have returned to them, which it's selling on at lower prices.

But he urged people to make sure they were looking for the returns when they get there.

"Beware, at the top they put their best offer ads - which aren't there returns."

But once you find the returns, there are some great deals.

Things people send back have to end up somewhere, after all

You can get £30 knocked off the price of a Nespresso machine or £250 off the price of an HP laptop, Martin said.

"The box is a bit battered, but the product is good, it'll tell you the quality of the product - and it's in there at a discount."

The better news is that you still have a right to return the goods in 30 days, exactly as you would norrmally.

There's no guarantee you'll find what you need, but - as Martin put it -  it's "a little bit of fun - and there are some bargain buys in there".
