Married at First Sight's Welsh groom Luke Dawson has revealed that if offered, he would not return to the show because of the emotional and personal sacrifices he made.
During a Q&A on his Instagram, he also told a fan that he was in a "worse financial place" than before the show and has "had to rebuild a career, routine, personal life and emotions all over since the show ended".
Before the show, the 37-year-old from Cardiff was described as the "whole package" and worked as a care home manager and a trained firefighter.

On the show, Luke was falling in love with Morag, who admitted she did not yet fell the same about him and was scared of breaking his heart.
Luke and Morag revealed they were no longer continuing the turbulent relationship at the end of show reunion.
He responded to a fan who asked how he was doing since the show with: "Still a bit gutted that I never found what I went on the show for but due to friends, family and my followers, I feel pretty good. "
Luke doesn't want his fans to worry as he says he is "slowly getting himself back to normal".
He said on his Instagram: "For me, it's fully understanding why you're feeling low at this time and trusting yourself that each blip happens for a reason and is only temporary.
"I'm working on helping others right now and that's keeping me busy and motivated. I had a tough time for a reason: helping and showing others."
Luke also revealed that he came on to the show as he felt lonely and that he constantly couldn't seem to let someone in.
He said: "Being a life partner and father is all I've ever wanted, so took a huge gamble."
Luke also spoke about his bride Morag, saying she was 'temporary' and that he wouldn't consider giving it another go with her.
He responded to a fan who asked if he really loved her: "I was caught up in the moment. At the time, I genuinely thought I did or was heading there.
"I wasn't Morag's type. That's it. Hurt like hell and didn't realise how much until I seen the adverts for it again - but you know what, I'm someone else's type right?"
But the Welsh groom says that being on the show hasn't changed him as a person 'at all' and has given him a 'good platform.'
He said: "I want to use this platform for many things. I want to help others who need relationship advice, mental health support, guidance, self-esteem issues but I also want to have some fun with it too, share positive stories, my life."
Luke also revealed his advice on getting over being ghosted: "Know your worth and self-value.
"Don't overthink it and definitely don't take it personal. Everyone has different reasons for why this can happen. Just thank them for showing you they weren't good enough to lace up your shoelaces in the first place.
"I've seen far too many couples struggle because they don't want to be alone. I'm all for working hard and compromising but being continually disrespected is a no go!
"Self belief is knowing you don't need anyone else, but when you do they add something and not replacing something."
Amid his relationship and mental health advice, Luke also revealed some fun facts about himself to fans during the Q&A.
He told fans he is single and still looking for love as well as revealing his favourite restaurant in Cardiff is TGI Fridays, after working there for five years when he was 16.
He also told fans he was a Libra and announced that Mill Lane was his favourite place to go on a night out, although he 'mostly prefers a pub.'
Luke said: "I love Cardiff - but it has changed over the years. I now love my peaceful little village life."
When asked about his future plans following Married at First Sight, Luke said he is working on a few things currently and hopes to release something by November.
